Students:
Many of you had HUGE
improvements in scores on the Progressive Unit Make-up test. A
little hard work goes a long way in this course. As promised, which
ever test score was higher is the one I will take. No corrections
are available for this test.
Parents:
The second Trimester
Test is scheduled for the week of our Hyde Park field Trip.
After-school review classes will be available beginning at the end of
March. See the web-calendar for dates.
Chaperones:
If you have been chosen to
be a Hyde Park field trip chaperone, you will be contacted during the week
on March 7, 2003. All chaperones must pay $63.00 for the field trip
as there is no way to reduce our costs of the trip.
This Week:
We continue our learning of the DBQ writing
process. Students will complete their first DBQ essay for a grade
this week. We also begin the Imperialism Unit on Monday, 3/3/03.
