Parents:
This weekend students are working to complete the campaign
project. This includes a biography Board of the candidate, and four
related research questions which can be answered by advancing through the
textbook further than we have gotten in class.
Here is how you can help:
Ask your child to tell you the answers to the research
questions. They can be viewed by looking at Part II of the project
(see the listed project to the right). The answers are basically the
story of how different groups in America got the vote. Click
here for how you can help your child find the answers in their
textbook.
Students:
This weekend your group is preparing you posters and
research info for next class. If you need to email and can not do
it, you can send me a message using the Hand-in-Homework button. Be
sure to include your email address so that I can email you directly.
Do not wait until the last minute! I'm not spending my
weekend waiting to email you.
Parents:
Interim reports will go home with students on Friday,
October 20, 2002, after the field trip. Be on the look out for them,
and be sure to sign the envelope and have it returned to us ASAP.
